Coming out of my personal alma mater, Baylor University, the spectacular young rookie Robert Griffin the Third has amazed NFL crowds throughout the nation with his stellar passing abilities, his maturity, demeanor, sportsmanship, explosive running game, and with his leadership both on and off the field. Although his rookie season ended on a low note with his knee injury and playoff loss, if his rookie year was an indication of anything, it was that this is one player that is here to stay.

RG3 is my favorite player in the game, because every time he steps out on the field, you want to watch because you know that something big might happen. He makes big plays, he sets an example on the field with his play, despite his young age. Griffin is what the QB position is meant to be, and he has a bright future not only as the face of the Redskins franchise as he tries to return them to their Superbowl winning ways, but also a superstar in the NFL. Looking forward, the Rookie of the Year can definitely make a huge impact on the NFL, and that is what is most exciting. The Redskins fans have something to be hopeful about again.
